A complete French hood headress of multiple layers: coif, oreillette with creppin and nether billiment, hood with cornet, touret, and upper billiment, sewn by hand according to my theory of construction.

The piece I have been working on is the Polychrome counted thread embroidery from the Jane Bostocke sampler, year 1598. I chose one portion of the sampler to work on.
Recreations of two extant 11th century accessories, the cap of St. Symeon from Trier, Germany in York stitch and mittens from a grave find in Eura, Finland in Oslo stitch.
