A&S officers (regional A&S ministers and representative of kingdom-chartered guilds) are responsible for facilitating and reporting on A&S activities within their domains. There are 4 reporting periods throughout the year. These reports are due on March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1.
The purpose of filing reports is two fold.
- Reporting lets the Kingdom Minister know that your group is still active and does not require intervention.
- Reporting on activities and the individuals participating provides a paper trail for citing and recommending these participants for commendation.
