This is an intermediate class for those who are already familiar with basic tools and techniques of hand-finishing garments. We will cover choosing threads, using period tools, and higher-level techniques such as basting, pad stitching, and making your stitches look “museum quality”. Please bring a needle, thread and snips if you want to try the techniques in class.
