Have you ever seen a lace pillow with dozens of bobbins? This class will show you its a lot easier than it looks. We will make a simple bookmark and discuss stitches used pre-1600 and those that are more modern. Bobbin lace is weaving without a loom, the basics are simple and easy to learn but you could spend a lifetime exploring the craft. We will use teacher supplied materials and discuss the best options for purchasing your own. Ages 16 and up. Limited to 6 students (NOTE this class should be before the bracelet)
