How to Build a Gothic Bench from Easy to Source Materials

A gothic-style bench is an easy woodworking project that will
create a useful and attractive piece of furniture for either your
home or your campsite. I’ll discuss a number of historical
examples, the various methods of construction and demonstrate
the joinery and decoration for a bench or stool. The focus will be
on making a practical bench for outdoor use from easily-obtained
material and minimal tools. No limit, handouts will be provided at
no cost. (Note for organizers – if there is an outdoor space, this
class would be well suited for that. There may be wood chips and
sawdust created)
