Euriol of Lothian

Euriol of Lothian is a 13th-century Lowland Scot who often sneaked into the kitchen to help with the cooking at a young age. She was fortunate to be able to travel to many noble houses where she learned from some of the greatest chefs that Europe had to offer. Sometimes she endeavors in other art forms more appropriate for her stations, such as embroidery and dancing.

Cassandra Baldassano (nee Kinsey) is a Software Developer living in Shavertown, Pennsylvania . She was born and raised in San Jose, California. She attended San Jose State University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics in 1989. She has two sons Erik (born in 1993) and Stephen (born in 1995). Other interests outside the SCA include playing games, and astronomy.
